 Bennett, Giuliano, McDonnell & Perrone, LLP was established in 2003 by William R. Bennett III, Nicholas P. Giuliano and Timothy McDonnell. Joseph J. Perrone joined the firm in July 2005. All of the partners had practiced for a dozen or more years at well-known and respected firms in New York before setting off to better serve their clients in a new environment. It was founded with the belief that a small group of dynamic, experienced and well-respected lawyers that, above all, enjoy the practice of law and helping clients, can provide to the market the best legal talent and services money can buy, at highly competitive rates, with the utmost of personal service and attention to every client. It also handles complex commercial litigation, products liability, environmental and corporate matters. The firm represents insurers, corporate clients and individuals in all federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and before government agencies, regulatory agencies, regulatory organizations and other tribunals. In addition, the firm routinely provides advices on a wide spectrum of insurance, regulatory and corporate issues to its clients.
 The firm has an active trial docket, and all of the principals have substantial trial and appellate experience. This ensures that our clients will always receive the best possible representation.
